The space
You will have 2 independent spaces. On the ground floor, a spacious 45m2 studio fully equipped with a kitchen, a full bathroom, a sofa-bed with a very comfortable 140×195 mattress and two 90×200 single beds convertible in a king size bed. The studio opens onto a small street with a quiet atmosphere.
The upper floor consists of a spacious living room with a desk, a dining room, a complete bathroom, a kitchen with a patio and an outdoor shower. On the top floor there are 3 beautiful, very comfortable rooms with 1 bathroom, also complete. One offers a 160×200 bed with private terrace, and the other two a 180×200 bed that can be divided into 2 beds.
Access
Guests will have access to the entire house, also to the community pool that is located in the sunny garden area in front of the house, a few steps from the front door. You will enjoy a private parking space in front of the door on the ground floor.
Neighborhood description
It is located in one of the quietest areas of the town. The Vista Paloma neighborhood is famous for its tranquility and its ease of reaching the points of interest in Tarifa. Right in front of the house is the community pool that you can enjoy during the high season months (June to September).
How to get around the area
It is easy to reach the places of interest on foot, since the Vista Paloma neighborhood is in one of the quietest areas of Tarifa but, at the same time, close to the center and the beach.
Other important details
- SEASONAL pool from June to September, open from 10am to 8pm and can only be accessed in groups of 4 per home.
- You must climb stairs to access the bedrooms.
- There is no private parking, street parking is free.

Payment terms:Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions:
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €1000 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
