Relax and disconnect in this quiet and elegant house. The sense of minimalism taken to the highest quality. It does not lack detail, in addition to being equipped with everything you need to make your vacation in Tarifa more than perfect, it is located in La Marina area: one of the quietest points and closest to everything in the town.
The space
The house is distributed over four floors. The main floor has the large kitchen, a complete bathroom, the living room with TV and fiber internet, the staircase that ascends to the upper floors and a private patio equipped to enjoy it. From this same patio there is access to the spiral staircase that descends to the lower floor, where there is a mini-apartment equipped with a bedroom, a living room, a complete bathroom and a kitchenette.
On the second floor there is a complete bathroom and four beautiful bedrooms with a balcony and terrace: two facing east and the other two facing west. Sunny in different parts of the day and equipped with split type air conditioning in each of them. All have a dressing table to store luggage. On the third floor there is a large roof terrace from which you can glimpse both orientations, the views of the sea and the Punta Paloma dune.
Access
Guests have access to the entire house, parking is for one space and is private at the door of the house, but it will not be possible to access the interior of the garage, since it is reserved for the owners.
Neighborhood description
The neighborhood is quiet, facilities such as stores, coffee shops, pharmacy, kite shops, a playground, access to the main road and several other points of interest are just a few meters away walking. Parking is convenient, the beach is down the street, a three-minute walk away. And the center about ten minutes walking.
How to get around the area
It is easy to walk to any of the points of interest in Tarifa town. We recommend leaving the car parked in the parking space of the house and take a walk to the desired places, everything is super close.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €1000 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
