Relax and disconnect in this quiet and elegant house. The sense of minimalism taken to the highest quality. It does not lack detail, in addition to being equipped with everything you need to make your vacation in Tarifa more than perfect, it is located in La Marina area: one of the quietest points and closest to everything in the town.
The space
The house is distributed over four floors. The main floor has the large kitchen, a complete bathroom, the living room with TV and fiber internet, the staircase that ascends to the upper floors and a private patio equipped to enjoy it. From this same patio there is access to the spiral staircase that descends to the lower floor, where there is a mini-apartment equipped with a bedroom, a living room, a complete bathroom and a kitchenette.
On the second floor there is a complete bathroom and four beautiful bedrooms with a balcony and terrace: two facing east and the other two facing west. Sunny in different parts of the day and equipped with split type air conditioning in each of them. All have a dressing luggage table to store. On the third floor there is a large roof terrace from which you can glimpse both orientations, the views of the sea and the Punta Paloma dune.
Services and common areas
Guests have access to the entire house, parking is for one space and is private at the door of the house, but it will not be possible to access the interior of the garage, since it is reserved for the owners.

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet, facilities such as stores, coffee shops, pharmacy, kite shops, a playground, access to the main road and several other points of interest are just a few meters away walking. Parking is convenient, the beach is down the street, a three-minute walk away. And the center about ten minutes walking.
Getting Around
It is easy to walk to any of the points of interest in Tarifa town. We recommend leaving the car parked in the parking space of the house and taking a walk to the desired places, everything is super close.

It is a family oriented house. The rules regarding parties, gatherings, pets and smoking are strict. With which we beg you to refrain from booking if they are not going to be fulfilled. The bedrooms do not have luggage closets, it has chests of drawers that can be stored without problem. There are no coat racks or donkeys to hang clothes.
