Welcome to La Casa Tramontana

A house that is a true gem: a mix of elegance and minimalism where every detail is cared for with care and love. A spacious and quiet house, fully equipped so that nothing is missing during your stay. Located in one of the quietest and most easily accessible areas of Tarifa, with parking for one vehicle at the entrance of the house.

Space

The house is distributed over 4 floors: It is 172m2 built with two east and west terraces that provide natural light throughout the day. The construction is very good, you don't hear any noise from the neighboring houses or from the outside. Just in front there is a community garden that can be enjoyed on foot from the living room. There are 3 double bedrooms with beds of 150, 160 and 180, plus 1 dressing room. It also has 3 full bathrooms; two with shower and one with bathtub. 1 35m2 garage equipped with a floor and also a tap and sink where there is a rack of boards and shelves for storage, a washer/dryer and, if necessary, a rope to hang clothes if the weather does not allow drying outside.

Services and common areas
Guests will have access to the entire unit of the house, except for a small storage room located in the basement and where the house's changing belongings are stored. It is likely that the entrance will be independent with detailed instructions, documentation will be requested prior to check-in, but in any case we will always be available to resolve any questions that may arise during your stay. The Tramontana area is super quiet and very easy to access both on foot and by car.

The house is located about 10 minutes walk from Puerta Jerez, and another 10 minutes from Los Lances beach.

Payment: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price.

Check-in Rules
– Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
– A damage deposit of **1000**€ is required. The property charges this a day before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Check-out Rules
Check-out time is strictly 11am. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.

Before your departure, please take care of the following:
• Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
• Place used towels in the basket.
• Load the dishwasher and start it.
• Empty all the trash.
• Move all furniture and items back to original locations.
• Turn off the heater or AC if there is any.
• Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
• Put the key back in the key box if there is any, and change the numbers.

Additional Rules:
– Our Properties are all smoke-free homes, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. We kindly ask you to respect this important rule.

– We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 9am noise should be kept to a minimum. Parties are strictly prohibited on the property!
