The space
This beautiful house is decorated with special care, inspired by the golden era of surfing, a tribute to this thrilling sport. Equipped with everything you need to make your vacation more than perfect. It features three bedrooms with double beds, one of them a suite with its own full bathroom. Another full bathroom with a shower, a large, brand-new, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious, bright living room designed with every detail to ensure maximum comfort for you and your guests. A large, furnished terrace facing south offers stunning views of the sea and the Valdevaqueros Dune, allowing you to check if your favorite spot has optimal conditions for surfing or kitesurfing. The entire house is equipped with centralized air conditioning, guaranteeing an ideal temperature throughout every room.
Access
Guests have access to the garden space and the right to use the swimming pool when it is open in high season (June to September). You can access the interior of the enclosure through two doors that lead to two different streets. Access to the underground garage is right next to the main door of the building, at street level.
Neighborhood description
The area is located at the entrance of Tarifa on the beach side. It is one of the quietest in the whole town. The largest supermarkets are a two-minute walk away and the famous Playa de Los Lances is in front of the building, less than a five-minute walk away. There are also several dining and shopping options in the surrounding area. It is a quiet and familiar building.
How to get around the area
Tarifa is very comfortable walking, you can go to practically any area of the town within a few minutes walking. It is also easy to get around by car, although the best thing to do in high season if you go to the center is to walk because of the difficulty of parking.
The center of Tarifa is 1.5km away. On foot it is about 20 minutes and 5 minutes by car. A two-minute walk away there are supermarkets Mercadona and Día, and several shops (clothing stores, pharmacy, bazaar, etc). The promenade is 600 meters away with direct access to Los Lances beach. Direct access to the N340 road (300m), a road that leads to the beaches of Valdevaqueros and Bolonia, some of the most beautiful beaches in Cádiz.

Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions:
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €1000 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM.
