This magnificent house was completely renovated by a couple of decorators in love with Tarifa. Every detail has been designed to make your stay unforgettable.
The space
You will have 2 separate spaces. On the ground floor, a large 35m2 fully equipped studio: kitchen, bathroom, sofa bed with mattress 160x195 very comfortable and 160x200 bed. The studio opens to a large semi covered terrace of 40m2 with a large living room (sofa, armchair, kite storage, hot shower, etc.) The upper floor consists of a large living room with desk, dining room, kitchen with outdoor patio (second dining room), upstairs there are 2 nice very comfortable rooms with bathroom. One offers a 160x200 bed and the other a 180x200 bed that can be divided into 2 beds. You'll be dazzled when you reach the rooftop to discover the entire Tarifa Bay and Moroccan coastline while sipping a small cocktail on the sun loungers.

Neighborhood description
It’s located in the quietest area of the village just a two-minute walk from Los Lances beach and the best restaurants in the area that offer service practically all day. There are also supermarkets nearby as well as a new playground, and just a 15-minute walk to the old town of Tarifa. Everything within easy reach so you don’t depend on your vehicle during your stay.
How to get around the area
This house has a private parking space in front of the door of the house. It is a quiet and comfortable area to walk: about a two-minute walk to Playa de Los Lances and just a 15-minute walk to the old town of Tarifa. Surroundings, very close to the accommodation, there are grocery stores, restaurants, fashion stores and kite schools. Everything is well within reach so that you do not rely on your vehicle during your stay.

Payment terms:Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions:
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €1000 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
