Pay only the 50% in advance and the rest 30 days before check-in.
If you cancel after booking and 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you cancel within 30 days prior to check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price. Still, if you cancel and we manage to rebook the rental, we will be happy to refund some or all of it, depending on whether the new reservation covers the amount you paid.
Yes, we charge it. The value varies depending on the property and is charged one day before arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card within 7 days from the departure date, subject to inspection of the property.
We love animals, but we have decided that most houses do not allow pets because many people are allergic. Each property has its own policy and we ask that you do not bring pets if they are not allowed on the property. If so, a small additional cleaning fee will be charged to ensure the house is perfect for the next guests. To find out which property is not pet-friendly, you can select the filters when searching for your dates.
We love children and we are happy to host families. However, we ask that you ensure that your children take good care of our properties.
We do our best to offer flexible check-in and check-out wherever possible to ensure you get the most out of your holiday. However, if this is not possible, we will give you good recommendations.
All of our properties are smoke-free, including the outside area surrounding the property. Smoking of any substance, including vaping, is not permitted. We ask you to respect this important rule.
All our houses are fully equipped except for beach towels, which you will have to bring.
We allow you to bring the maximum number of people allowed on the property. If at the time of booking you booked for fewer people than the maximum allowed, and it happens that more people come we will be happy to accommodate them too, but we need to be informed in advance.
Yes, we can provide both a baby chair and a travel cot, with this service having an extra cost of €40 per stay. You will only have to bring the sheets for the 100x60cm mattress.
