Tarifa vacation rental

To reserve, you must pay 50% in advance and the remainder 30 days before check-in. If the reservation is made within 30 days prior to arrival, you must pay 100%.

We offer a full refund (excluding payment gateway fees of 3%) for cancellations made 30 days prior to check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding cleaning.

Yes, a deposit is required for possible damages. The value varies from €300 to €1200 depending on the property.
The credit card used for the reservation will be blocked one day before arrival and refunded between 3 and 10 days after check-out (depending on the bank), subject to a property inspection.

The deposit is mandatory and non-negotiable, and access to the property will only be granted once it has been paid.

You will be able to see the deposit amount when making your reservation.

We love animals, but most of our properties are pet-free because many people are allergic. Each property has its own policy, so we kindly ask that you not bring pets if they are not allowed on the property. If pets are allowed, a small additional cleaning fee will apply to ensure the house is perfect for the next guests. You can filter for pet-friendly properties when searching for your dates.

We love children and are happy to host families. However, we ask that you ensure that your children take good care of our properties and are responsible for any damage caused by them.

Check-in is from 5:00 PM, but if the property is ready we will let you in earlier so you can make the most of your vacation. It's a self check-in process with detailed instructions that will be sent on the day of arrival.

All guests, including children under 14, must register their personal information such as ID or passport number, using a secure online form. If a child under 14 does not have an ID, you can select the "Minor without ID" option. This requirement is a legal obligation imposed by the Ministry of Lodging and is not under our control. 

Access to the property will only be granted once registration is complete.

The property must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. unless previously agreed upon.

All of our properties are smoke-free, including the outside area surrounding the property. Smoking of any substance, including vaping, is not permitted. We ask you to respect this important rule.

No, bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in our vacation rentals. Our properties are equipped with monitoring sensors and are located in residential communities where, although a tourist destination, they are also home to many people. To ensure your privacy and peace of mind, parties are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our house rules.

All our houses are fully equipped, except for beach towels, which you must bring.

We allow the maximum number of guests allowed on the property. If you selected fewer than the maximum number of guests at the time of booking and would like to add more guests later, we'd be happy to accommodate them, but we require advance notice and they will also need to register.

Yes, we can provide both a high chair and a travel crib for an additional fee of €50 per stay for both. If only the crib is needed, it costs €30.
