The space:
The apartment is located on the second floor and is distributed over two levels. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a living-dining area with a semi-open kitchen, a dining table for up to six people, and a sofa with a coffee table next to a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series.
The living room opens onto a terrace through a large window. It is equipped with an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying a meal al fresco with beautiful views of the countryside and the sea.
On this same floor, you also access the sleeping area. First, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe for storage. Next, the second bedroom features a double bed (150 cm), also with its own wardrobe and a comfortable armchair with partial views. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink.
Going up the spiral staircase in the living room, you reach the rooftop, where you will find a terrace with two sun loungers and outdoor furniture, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying a drink after a day at the beach, with beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.
Services and common areas:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its indoor parking space and private terraces. The accommodation is in a building with common areas, such as a seasonal community pool, generally open from mid-June to September, and an elevator with direct access to the underground parking for convenience. It has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, and all the comforts for a long, relaxed stay with family or friends.

Neighborhood description:
Located in the Albacerrado area, a residential neighborhood with easy road access that is close to everything yet slightly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the center, while still being close enough to walk to almost all of Tarifa's main points of interest in 10 to 25 minutes. It is the perfect setting for those looking to unplug without giving up proximity to everything Tarifa has to offer.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot, as it is a small and very accessible town. From the apartment, you can comfortably walk to anywhere in the locality: in about 10 minutes, you will reach the bus station, the taxi stand, or the lively Batalla del Salado street, packed with shops and amenities. The charming historic center is just 12 minutes away, the famous Los Lances beach is 15 minutes away, and the Port is 20 minutes away. Additionally, for your daily shopping, there is a Lidl supermarket just 5 minutes away.
If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.

To avoid any surprises, we want you to be clear about the following:
• Seasonal swimming pool: from JUNE 15 to SEPTEMBER 15.
• You must climb stairs to access the rooftop terrace.
• Pets are not permitted.

Payment terms: 50% upon booking and the remaining balance 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: 95% refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days: 100% charge, except cleaning.
Damage deposit: A damage deposit is required, the amount of which is specified in the ad. The guest must have sufficient credit card balance. The deposit will be blocked one day prior to arrival and will be released in full within 2 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection. Access to the property will only be granted once this has been provided.
Guest registration and rental agreement: Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
