This magnificent house was just completely renovated by a couple of decorators in love with Tarifa. Every detail has been designed to make your stay unforgettable.
The space
You will have 2 independent spaces. On the ground floor, a large studio of 35m2 fully equipped: kitchen, bathroom, sofa bed with a very comfortable mattress of 160×195 and bed of 160×200. The studio opens to a large semi covered terrace of 40m2 with a large living room (sofa, armchair, kite storage, hot shower, etc.) The upper floor consists of a large living room with desk, dining room, kitchen with outdoor patio (second dining room), upstairs there are 2 nice very comfortable rooms with shower each. One offers a 160×200 bed and the other a 180×200 bed that can be divided into 2 beds. You’ll be dazzled when you reach the rooftop to discover the entire bay of Los Lances and the Moroccan coastline while sipping a small cocktail on the sun loungers.
Neighborhood
It’s located in the quietest area of the village just a two-minute walk from Los Lances beach and the best restaurants in the area that offer service practically all day. There are also supermarkets nearby as well as a new playground, and just a 15-minute walk to the old town of Tarifa. Everything within easy reach so you don’t depend on your vehicle during your stay.
Getting Around
You’ll enjoy a private parking space in front of the door of the house, however everything within easy reach so you don’t depend on your vehicle during your stay.

The whole house is air-conditioned and also has a ceiling fan. There is 300mb fiber wifi and a desk if you need to work.
