Check-in & Check-out

We coordinate with guests their entry to the house and we warmly welcome them to the apartment. We explain the details and rules of the house, we give them the keys and we offer them the best recommendations about Tarifa and its surroundings so that they can enjoy their stay to the fullest.

We are also in charge of collecting the damage deposits, signing the rental contract and collecting the DNIs to send them to the Civil Guard. For the departure time we try to give them total flexibility as long as no other guests arrive on the same day, and we check that everything is in perfect condition before returning the deposit.

House's rules

We visit your property all year long to check for cleanings and for check-ins & out, meaning we keep an eye on it to ensure things run well and it is taken care off. We try to be as proactive as possible to fix anything before guests come in to make sure they have a great stay.
You have your own login to check the calendar of your property and you will regularly receive payments from guests staying at your house. It is also in our interest to have your property rented most of the time since we charge a commission.
We will publish your property on the major OTAs (such as Airbnb & Booking) as well as on our website and national websites. We also promote our properties on our social media channels.
Nope, the idea is that you focus on your things and we take care of everything. We will be available anytime for you as an owner, and we will sometimes be in touch, but you won't need to work at all.
It's commission based, so we win only if you win. We charge 20% of your net income (what the guests pay minus OTAs commissions such as Airbnb & Booking) excluding cleaning fees. We then add the cleaning fee back and our invoices come with a 21% VAT.
