A magnificent house that has just been completely renovated by Louise and Laurent, a couple of French kitesurfers in love with Tarifa. Every detail has been designed to make your stay unforgettable. The Space
You will have 2 independent spaces. On the ground floor, a spacious 45m2 studio fully equipped with a kitchen, a full bathroom, a sofa-bed with a very comfortable 140×195 mattress and two 90×200 single beds convertible in a kingsize bed. The studio opens onto a small street with a quiet atmosphere.
The upper floor consists of a spacious living room with a desk, a dining room, a complete bathroom, a kitchen with a patio and an outdoor shower. On the top floor there are 3 beautiful, very comfortable rooms with 1 bathroom, also complete. One offers a 160×200 bed with private terrace, and the other two a 180×200 bed that can be divided into 2 beds.
Neighborhood
It is located in one of the quietest areas of the town. The Vista Paloma neighborhood is famous for its tranquility and its ease of reaching the points of interest in Tarifa. Right in front of the house is the community pool that you can enjoy during the highseason months (June to September).
Getting Around
The house has a parking space included in the stay. It is located at the door on the ground floor. It is easy to reach the places of interest on foot, since the Vista Paloma neighborhood is in one of the quietest areas of Tarifa but, at the same time, close to the center and the beach.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, also to the community pool that is located in the sunny garden area in front of the house, a few steps from the front door. You will enjoy a private parking space in front of the door on the ground floor.
Other things to note
Parties are prohibited in this house. One of the main rules is to respect the rest of the neighbors, especially in the hours between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. The kitchen and the garbage must be collected at the end of the stay.
