The space

Ideal for two people but accommodating up to four, the apartment features a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom, and a bedroom with the option of two single beds or a large double bed. We know how important a good night's sleep is, so we've equipped the apartment with high-quality mattresses to ensure you enjoy a restful stay during your vacation!

The apartment also has heating for added comfort in winter, fiber optic Wi-Fi for working, a bathtub for children, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and everything you need for cooking. An iron and hairdryer are also provided.

The proximity to the beach and good restaurants for a nice meal or to have a drink while watching the beautiful sunsets, the spacious garden for parking and for children and pets to play, or to store kite & windsurfing equipment, the brightness and comfort of the apartment, make it the ideal place to enjoy a comfortable holiday in Tarifa.

Payment terms: Pay 50% in advance and the remainder 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days prior to check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding cleaning.

Other conditions:

  • Guests must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Access to the property will only be granted once this has been provided.
  • A damage deposit of €300 is required. This will be held on your card one day prior to arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
  • All our properties are smoke-free homes. Smoking of any substance, including vaping, is not permitted. Barbecues are also prohibited. We kindly ask that you respect this important rule.
  • We are located in a residential community, and while it's a popular holiday destination, it's also home to many people. Therefore, we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence. Specifically, between 10 pm and 9 am, noise should be kept to a minimum. Parties are strictly prohibited on the property!
