Relax in this cozy apartment with garden and private parking, only 100m away from the beautiful beach of Tarifa. The best is the location, being so close to the beach and several good restaurants in the area, and only 10-12 min away walking to the typical Andalucian old town for some tapas and a drink. The large garden is ideal for pets and to enjoy a BBQ with friends and family, and most importantly, you’ll never have problems parking your car, which can be a nightmare in high season 🙂
The space
Ideal for 2 people but 4 can sleep, the apartment is made of a living room with couch bed, a bathroom and a bedroom with two small beds that can be converted into a king size bed. We know the importance of sleeping well so we’ve bought very good mattresses so that you can rest properly during your holiday.
The apartment also has heating to stay warm during the winter days, there is good wifi if you need to work, a bathtubs for the young ones, a washing machine, and the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster and everything you need to cook. There is also a washing machine, hair dryer and an iron.
The proximity to the beach and to great restaurants for a delicious breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner watching the sunset, the space in the garden for children, pets, kite/windsurf/surf gear, the brightness and coziness of the apartment, the private parking, all make it the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and comfy holiday in Tarifa.
Guest access
The apartment is on ground floor which includes the garden that will be all yours. You’ll be able to park in front of the gate on the streets, nobody else is allowed, or inside the garden. You’ll also be able to enjoy a BBQ in the garden at the sun!

Payment: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation Policy :
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price.
Check-in Rules
– Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
– A damage deposit of **300**€ is required. The property charges this a day before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-out Rules
Check-out time is strictly 11am. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
Before your departure, please take care of the following:
• Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
• Place used towels in the basket.
• Load the dishwasher and start it.
• Empty all the trash.
• Move all furniture and items back to original locations.
• Turn off the heater or AC if there is any.
• Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
• Put the key back in the key box if there is any, and change the numbers.
Additional Rules:
– Our Properties are all smoke-free homes, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. We kindly ask you to respect this important rule.
– We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 9am noise should be kept to a minimum. Parties are strictly forbidden in the property!
