The space
Ideal for 2 people but able to accommodate up to 4, the apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom, and a bedroom with the option of two single beds or a large double bed. We know how important a good night's sleep is, so we've equipped the apartment with high-quality mattresses so you can enjoy a restful night's sleep throughout your vacation!
The apartment also has heating for added comfort in winter, fiber optic Wi-Fi for working, a bathtub for the kids, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and everything you need for cooking. An iron and hairdryer are also provided.
The proximity to the beach and good restaurants for a good meal or a drink while watching the beautiful sunsets, the spacious garden for parking and playing for children and pets, or for storing kite and windsurfing equipment, and the bright and comfortable apartment make it the ideal place to enjoy a comfortable holiday in Tarifa.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
