The space
The apartment consists of three floors, comprising three bedrooms with double beds in two of them and a single bed in the upper room. Two terraces, a separate kitchen, a living room, a full bathroom, and two toilets, one of which is enclosed within the bedroom and includes a toilet and shower. The common area of the complex includes a garden and a large playground for children.
The Neighborhood
The Sunset building is located in a quiet area close to attractions such as restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. It's located at the entrance to Tarifa, in the area closest to Los Lances Beach, less than two minutes from the best supermarkets and fashion stores specializing in kitesurfing and water sports.
How to get around the area
Tarifa is very comfortable walking, you can go to practically any area of the town within a few minutes walking. It is also easy to get around by car, although the best thing to do in high season if you go to the center is to walk because of the difficulty of parking.
The centre of Tarifa is 1.5km away. It takes about 20 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car. There is a Mercadona and a Día supermarket within a two-minute walk, as well as several shops (clothing stores, pharmacy, bazaar, etc.). The promenade is 600 metres away with direct access to Los Lances beach. Direct access to the N340 road (300m), a road that leads to the beaches of Valdevaqueros and Bolonia. The beaches of Valdevaqueros, Los Lances and Bolonia are some of the most beautiful beaches in the province of Cádiz. In 2021, Valdevaqueros beach has been voted the best beach in Spain by Traveler magazine. They are wonderful to enjoy with the family on days without wind and on days with wind they are perfect for water sports.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
