The space
This apartment is completely renovated and brand new: it consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two queen-size beds. Both are furnished and have wardrobes for storing clothes and a ceiling fan. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. There is a large, bright living room with views of the sea, a fully equipped and brand-new kitchen, and a large, furnished terrace for spending pleasant family evenings. The complex has a communal pool that is open only during the summer season.
Access
Guests have access to the entire home except for a locked storage room in the living room. The communal pool will be open from June 1st to October 13th.
Neighborhood description
The Las Cañas I residential development is quiet and welcoming, with a large pool where you can enjoy every day, especially on sunny days. It's just a few minutes' walk from a large supermarket, cafes and restaurants, and also from the main street, Batalla del Salado. The old town is less than a 10-minute walk away.
How to get around the area
The best way to get around town is on foot. Areas of interest are just a few minutes' walk away, the beach is less than three minutes away, and the restaurant district is just 10 minutes away. There's no need to drive to get around from the apartment.

- You have to climb a flight of stairs to access the house.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
