If you are coming as a couple or on your own to Kitesurf or work remotely, this is your ideal home. Freshly renovated and welcoming, this authentic tiny house was built with love and detail to make your stay in Tarifa unique.
Located in one of the quietest areas of the village, easily accessible and just a few minutes' walk from Old Town or Los Lances Beach. The bus station is just 2 minutes walk from the house.
The space
This beautiful mini house is distributed in a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tray, a staircase to access the bedroom which is composed of a dresser for storing clothes, a coat rack and a 1'50 comfortable bed. All newly built and with completely new appliances, accessories and utensils. Theres Air conditioning for the warm summer days and cold winter days.
You also have a small patio shared with the owner, you'll have your own table to enjoy your coffee or breakfast, there is also a small storage for your kite gear that you can rinse if needed.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is a nice quiet area and easily accessible. Just two minutes walk from the bus station and taxi's stop of Tarifa. Next to Batalla del Salado, a ten minute walk through this commercial street that leads to the entrance of the famous old town, Puerta Jerez.
Getting Around
Everything is within easy reach so you don't depend on your vehicle during your stay. There is free street parking around the house but if you come by bus you'll be able to walk anywhere in town within 10-15 minutes. The town's bus station and taxi stop is less than a two-minute walk away. The old town and the beach of Los Lances just ten minutes away.
The entrance to the house is through a small patio shared with another house. There is a small table available on the patio to enjoy a coffee or a meal outdoors.
Guest access
You access the house through a shared entrance but the house is all yours. You might meet the owner in the patio once in a while but he only uses it to enter his own house.

You'll have wifi if you need to work remotely.

Payment: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price.
Check-in Rules
– Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
– A damage deposit of **300**€ is required. The property charges this a day before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-out Rules
Check-out time is strictly 11am. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
Before your departure, please take care of the following:
• Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
• Place used towels in the basket.
• Load the dishwasher and start it.
• Empty all the trash.
• Move all furniture and items back to original locations.
• Turn off the heater or AC if there is any.
• Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
• Put the key back in the key box if there is any, and change the numbers.
Additional Rules:
– Our Properties are all smoke-free homes, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. We kindly ask you to respect this important rule.
– We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 9am noise should be kept to a minimum. Parties are strictly prohibited on the property!
