This apartment is completely renovated and brand new: it consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two 90-size beds. Both furnished and with closets to store clothes, they also have a ceiling fan. A bathroom with a shower and laundry room. A bright and large living room from where you can see the sea, a fully equipped and new kitchen. and a large, furnished terrace to spend pleasant evenings with the family. The urbanization consists of a community pool that opens only in the summer season. Guests can access the entire house except for a storage room that is locked in the living room. We will be available for any questions you need, whether about the apartment or for recommendations of restaurants, beaches, leisure, etc. We like to share what we love about Tarifa and its surroundings. The Las Cañas I Urbanization is quiet and cozy, it has a large pool where you can enjoy every day, especially on sunny days. It is just a few minutes walk from a large supermarket, cafes and restaurants, and also from the main street Batalla del Salado. The old town is less than a 10-minute walk away. It is best to move around the town on foot. The areas of interest are just a few minutes walk away, the beach is less than three minutes away and the restaurant area is just 10 minutes away. It is not necessary to drive to get around from the apartment. It is very important to respect the rules of the house in order not to interfere with the rest of the community of neighbors.
