Beautiful apartment located in the La Marina area, quiet, spacious and fully equipped. It has a private parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi (300Mb), a garden and a communal pool for adults and children. Los Lances beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, and the most modern and famous restaurants in the area are at street level. The largest supermarkets such as Mercadona and Día are in front of the building, three minutes away on foot.

It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180×200 and its own bathroom, and the other with a trundle bed that can be converted into a double bed. The kitchen is open and the living room is spacious and bright with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. The terrace is private and faces south, so it is sheltered from the east wind and also has views of the Atlantic and Los Lances beach. Guests will have access to the entire house, also to the private garage and of course to the communal garden and pool (from June to September).

The area is located at the entrance to Tarifa on the beach side. It is one of the quietest areas of the whole town. The largest supermarkets are a two-minute walk away and the famous Playa de Los Lances is in front of the building, a maximum of five minutes walk away. There are also several restaurant and shopping options in the surrounding area. This is a quiet and family-friendly development. Access to the N-340 to the areas of interest in Tarifa is just a few metres away.

Tarifa is very comfortable walking, you can go to practically any area of the town within a few minutes walking. It is also easy to get around by car, although the best thing to do in high season if you go to the center is to walk because of the difficulty of parking.

The centre of Tarifa is 1.5km away. It takes about 20 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car. There is a Mercadona and a Día supermarket within a two-minute walk, as well as several shops (clothing stores, pharmacy, bazaar, etc.). The promenade is 600 metres away with direct access to Los Lances beach. Direct access to the N340 road (300m), a road that leads to the beaches of Valdevaqueros and Bolonia. The beaches of Valdevaqueros, Los Lances and Bolonia are some of the most beautiful beaches in the province of Cádiz. In 2021, Valdevaqueros beach has been voted the best beach in Spain by Traveler magazine. They are wonderful to enjoy with the family on days without wind and on days with wind they are perfect for water sports.

It is important to know that there are community rules that must be respected for the rest of the neighbors. Parties and excessive noise are not allowed throughout the day. Smoking is also not allowed in the accommodation. All this information will be made available to guests in a folder that will be shown upon arrival.
