This apartment is completely renovated, brand new. A beautiful place designed and decorated with love so that the entire space is comfortable, spacious and quiet. The distribution is on one floor: two bedrooms with a 160cm and 150cm bed, and with closets in both to store your travel clothes. The bathroom is complete with a shower tray. In the living room you will find the kitchen, large and modern, fully equipped, a dining table with capacity for 4 people, a 6-seater sofa and a Smart TV that, together with high-speed fiber, will be the perfect combo for your moments of entertainment. And its terrace, facing East, with views of practically the entire Los Lances beach and the Punta Paloma dune, where you can have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the best sunsets on the entire Costa de la Luz, It will become mandatory during your stay.

Neighborhood description
The best restaurants in the area are a two-minute walk from the apartment, and one more step away is the beautiful, kilometer-long Los Lances beach. A walk of perhaps ten minutes separates you from the beautiful historic center of Tarifa, and we say perhaps because on the way you will find the city's commercial street, where there are hundreds of services that you will see as you pass and will surely catch your attention.
How to get around the area
We are close to everything, it is much easier to get around the area and also around the city on foot.

Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
