El Espacio
Este apartamento está totalmente reformado, nuevo a estrenar. Un lugar precioso diseñado y decorado con mucho cariño para que el espacio al completo sea cómodo, espacioso y tranquilo. La distribución se compone en una sola planta: dos dormitorios con cama de 160cm y 150cm, y con armarios en ambos para poder almacenar tu ropa de viaje. El baño es completo con plato de ducha. En la sala de estar se encuentra la cocina, grande y moderna totalmente equipada, mesa de comedor con capacidad para 4 personas, el sofá de 6 plazas y una televisión Smart TV que junto con la fibra de alta velocidad serán el combo perfecto para tus momentos de entretenimiento. Y su terraza, a espaldas del levante, con vistas a prácticamente toda la playa de Los Lances y la duna de Punta Paloma, donde tomar un café por la mañana o brindar con un vino viendo los mejores atardeceres de toda la costa de la Luz, se volverá obligatorio en tu estancia.

Vecindario
Los mejores restaurantes de la zona están a dos minutos caminando desde el apartamento, y a un pasito más, la preciosa y kilométrica playa de Los Lances. Un paseo de quizás diez minutos te separa del bello casco histórico de Tarifa, y decimos quizás porque de camino encontrarás la calle comercial de la ciudad, donde hay cientos de servicios que veréis al pasar y seguro captarán vuestra atención.
Cómo moverse por la zona
Estamos cerca de todo, es mucho más fácil moverse a pie por la zona y también por la ciudad.
Otros aspectos destacables
Este apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores de techo en los dormitorios. No dispone de plaza de parking, pero sí se encuentra en una zona donde frecuentemente es fácil encontrar sitio. Las sábanas y toallas están incluidas en el alquiler.

Payment: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation Policy :
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price.
Check-in Rules
– Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
– A damage deposit of **300**€ is required. The property charges this a day before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-out Rules
Check-out time is strictly 11am. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
Before your departure, please take care of the following:
• Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
• Place used towels in the basket.
• Load the dishwasher and start it.
• Empty all the trash.
• Move all furniture and items back to original locations.
• Turn off the heater or AC if there is any.
• Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
• Put the key back in the key box if there is any, and change the numbers.
Additional Rules:
– Our Properties are all smoke-free homes, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. We kindly ask you to respect this important rule.
– We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 9am noise should be kept to a minimum. Parties are strictly forbidden in the property!
