A second bedroom with a 90-meter bed and a mini desk for teleworking. The bathroom consists of a sink, toilet and shower tray. The terrace is shared with the tenants of the second apartment of which the building consists.

Neighborhood
This is a quiet neighborhood free from the noise of the old town, but at the same time it is located just 2 minutes walk from Puerta Jerez, and less than 5 minutes walk from restaurants and supermarkets. Batalla del Salado street is less than 10 meters down the street.

How to get around the area
The best and easiest way is to get around on foot. It is a very central apartment with easy access to places of interest such as the old town, the shopping street or the beaches of Los Lances and Playa Chica. The taxi rank is a few meters away.
