The space
The house is distributed in 4 floors: It is 172m2 built with two East and West terraces that provide natural light throughout the day.
The construction is very good, no noise is heard from the neighboring houses or outside. Just in front there is a community garden that can be enjoyed in front of the living room.
There are 3 double bedrooms with beds of 150, 160 and 180, plus 1 dressing room. It also has 3 full bathrooms; two with a shower and one with a bathtub.
There is a garage of 35m2 enabled with floor and also faucet and sink where a rack of boards and racks is located for storage, washer/dryer and if necessary, rope for laying clothes if the weather does not allow outdoor drying.

How to get around the area
The ideal way to get around the town is on foot, as it's small, accessible, and very pleasant for strolling. However, if you want to visit the beaches or surrounding areas, the road access is just a few minutes from the house. The house is about a 10-minute walk from Puerta Jerez and another 15-20 minutes from Los Lances Beach.
