Relax and disconnect in this quiet and elegant house. The sense of minimalism taken to the highest quality. It does not lack detail, in addition to being equipped with everything you need to make your vacation in Tarifa more than perfect, it is located in La Marina area: one of the quietest points and closest to everything in the town.
The space
The house is spread over four floors. At the very bottom of the house, just as you enter, there's a small laundry room and outdoor space for storing kite or surfing equipment.
Upon entering the door, we find the main floor with a large kitchen, a full bathroom, a living room with a TV and fiber internet, a staircase leading to the upper floors, and a private patio equipped for enjoying it.
On the second floor, there is a full bathroom and four beautiful bedrooms with balconies and terraces: one facing east and one facing west with a chill-out area and sea views. They are sunny throughout the day and each is equipped with split-type air conditioning. All have a chest of drawers for storing luggage.
On the third floor, we find the suite with its private bathroom and beautiful sea views from every corner of the room. It also has two large terraces on either side.
Access
Guests have access to the entire house, parking is for one space and is private at the door of the house, but it will not be possible to access the interior of the garage, since it is reserved for the owners.
Neighborhood description
The neighborhood is quiet, facilities such as stores, coffee shops, pharmacy, kite shops, a playground, access to the main road and several other points of interest are just a few meters away walking. Parking is convenient, the beach is down the street, a three-minute walk away. And the center about ten minutes walking.
How to get around the area
It is easy to walk to any of the points of interest in Tarifa town. We recommend leaving the car parked in the parking space of the house and take a walk to the desired places, everything is super close.

Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
