A beautiful, new and modern apartment, completely newly renovated. It has all the necessary services to spend a very pleasant stay with family and/or friends. Quiet, very cozy and lovingly decorated. Sunny in the afternoons, with very beautiful natural light.
Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment itself, and have a private parking space in the communal garage located on the ground floor. Access to the garage on foot is on the community stairs and the driveway is around the corner of the main door leading to the stairs.
Grades
It is very important to take care of the entire house during your stay. At the end of this, the kitchen must be clean and collected, and the garbage must be taken out to the street.
