The space
From the moment you enter the apartment, you fall in love with the views. Whatever the time of day, these views are magical: Los Lances beach, Isla de las Palomas and its Lighthouse, Morocco, the sunsets. Quite a spectacle!
The apartment is distributed on one floor. The living room-dining room-kitchen opens onto the private terrace where you can enjoy a meal with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean. If you like to prepare your meals, dinners or breakfasts, the kitchen is fully equipped. Kitchenware, cutlery, pots, toaster, utensils of all kinds... Can you imagine having dinner in the living room while enjoying the sunset?
The main room has a wardrobe and double bed and the other has two single beds with their respective wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower tray and a separate sink. It is an ideal space for families.
Access
The house has air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet connection, washing machine and the urbanization has a supervised community pool that is open from June to September.
In the building area we also have a large garden that can be enjoyed all year round.
Neighborhood description
This is one of the quietest areas in Tarifa, on the seafront with spectacular views. Less than 100 meters away we have the best restaurants in the area, with a wide diversity both for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The promenade is right in front, and on it you can skate, bike and skate in a newly built enabled lane.
On this same walk, there is a playground just 5 minutes from the apartment and the beautiful historic center is just a 15-minute walk away. On the opposite side, you can enjoy a hiking trail through Los Lances beach.
How to get around the area
The apartment has a covered and private parking space under the premises. In low season it is very easy to park on the street, but in high season the garage is a great convenience.
Direct exit on foot towards the promenade, and a few meters from the best restaurants in the area such as Surla, Café del Mar Playa, Stoked, Papaya.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
