Beautiful and cozy newly built apartment with perfect quality finishes, a communal pool, a private parking space, and a terrace with sea views. Located two minutes from the seafront promenade and Los Lances Beach, this apartment is very well equipped and features modern decor. It sleeps four. The kitesurf and bike shops, a variety of restaurants, and supermarkets are just a five-minute walk away. Pets are not allowed.

We know how important a good night's sleep is, which is why this apartment features high-quality mattresses.

The apartment is accessible via a flight of stairs and is on the first floor. It's a single level, and you'll have access to the two bedrooms, the bathroom, the living room/kitchen, and the terrace.
Our tenants have full access to the community pool any day of the week during scheduled hours.
You can park on the street right in front, and we also have an underground parking space you can use if you prefer to leave your car.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
