Beautiful and cozy newly built apartment with perfect quality finishes, a communal pool, a private parking space, and a terrace with sea views. Located in the quietest area of Tarifa, two minutes from the seafront promenade and Los Lances Beach, this apartment is very well equipped and features modern decor. It sleeps four. The kitesurf and bike shops, a variety of restaurants, and supermarkets are just a five-minute walk away. Pets are not allowed.

The space

Ideal for families of four, the apartment consists of a living-dining room, a spacious bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, and a terrace with views of Valdevaqueros. We know how important a good night's sleep is, which is why this apartment features high-quality mattresses.

The apartment also features fiber optic Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort, a beautiful bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and everything you need for cooking. A washing machine, iron, and hairdryer are also provided.

The apartment is all yours. You can park on the street right in front of the apartment, and we also have an underground parking space available if you prefer to leave your car. The pool is communal and is open seasonally only. There is a lifeguard on duty.

Other things to keep in mind

There are some stairs to climb to enter and exit the apartment and the pool is open seasonally from May to September.

Parties and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.

Other conditions

  • Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
  • A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
  • All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
  • This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
