This beautiful apartment is located on the top floor of the Tortuga 1 development and is accessed via a flight of stairs. It has a balcony with views of the garden, the pool and Los Lances beach. The living room has a sofa, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and hot water from an electric boiler. The master bedroom has a 140 cm double bed with an open-plan wardrobe, and the small bedroom has two 90 cm beds and two open-plan structures for hanging and storing clothes. Everything is tastefully decorated with every detail so that your holiday in our paradise is more than perfect.
Guests will have access to the entire home, except for a small closet in the living room that is dedicated exclusively to company staff. The garden and pool are communal, and can only be used in the summer season.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
