This beautiful apartment is located on the top floor of the Tortuga 1 urbanization, accessed via a flight of stairs: it has a balcony with views of the garden, pool and Los Lances beach. Living room with sofa, flat screen TV, wifi and fully equipped open kitchen with oven and microwave. The bathroom has a shower tray and hot water from an electric boiler. The main bedroom consists of a 140 cm double bed, with an open structure wardrobe, and the small bedroom consists of two 90 cm beds and two open structures for hanging and storing clothes. All decorated with great taste and with every detail so that your vacation in our paradise is more than perfect.
Guests will have access to the entire home, except for a small closet in the living room that is dedicated exclusively to company staff. The garden and pool are communal, and can only be used in the summer season.

You have to climb a flight of stairs to access the house.
Apartment designed for quiet people who respect the neighborhood.

You cannot smoke or barbecue.
Price of crib €30 and high chair €20 per stay.
