About this Property

Cozy apartment for 4 people, with a community pool (seasonal) and two private terraces: one located on the ground floor with an outdoor living room and another in the master bedroom with lounge chairs and partial ocean and countryside views. The accommodation has air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi with Smart TV, and a private underground parking space with an elevator. Its location allows you to walk to the old town, the beaches and the main points of interest in Tarifa in 10-20 minutes.

The space:
The apartment is located on the first floor and is distributed on two levels. Upon entering, you are greeted by a small living-dining room with an open kitchen, a table for four people and a sofa with a coffee table, next to a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series.
The living room leads to a terrace equipped with outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying an aperitif in the open air.
On that same floor, there is also access to a full bathroom with a shower tray and to the first bedroom, which has a 140-cm bed with a closet for storage.

Going up the stairs, you reach the upper floor, where you'll find the master bedroom with a 180-cm king-size bed, a built-in closet, and its private terrace with two lounge chairs and partial views of the natural surroundings. There is also a storage room with a washing machine and space to store suitcases or equipment on a small back terrace.

Services and common areas:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its indoor parking space and private terraces. The accommodation is in a building with common areas, such as a seasonal community pool, generally open from mid-June to September, and an elevator with direct access to the underground parking for convenience. It has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, and all the comforts for a long, relaxed stay with family or friends.

Neighborhood description:
Located in the area of Albacerrado, a residential area easily accessible by road and close to everything but a little away from the bustle of the center, but still close enough to everything to reach within 5 to 20 minutes walk to almost all points of interest in Tarifa. It is a perfect environment for those looking to disconnect without giving up the proximity to everything Tarifa has to offer.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In about 5 minutes walk you will reach the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services; in just 10 minutes the charming historic center or the bus station and cab rank. The famous beach of Los Lances is about 15 minutes walk away, the port of Tarifa about 20 minutes, and for shopping there is a Lidl just a few minutes drive away.
If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
