Rest in this cozy apartment with garden and private parking, just 100 m from the beautiful beach of Los Lances and some of the best restaurants in the area. A unique accommodation because of its proximity to the sea, its private garden and because it accepts pets. The parking space is a great advantage, especially in summer. With capacity for 4 people, it is ideal for small families, couples or kitesurf lovers. It has 1 bedroom, sofa bed, bathroom, Smart TV and desk.

The apartment is located on the first floor and offers a comfortable and functional layout on a single level, with separate entrance and garage access with ford. Upon arrival, you are greeted by the best of the house: a large private garden, ideal for parking the car, for children or pets to play, and for storing water sports equipment. The parking space is a great advantage, especially in summer, when it is difficult to find space on the street, or for those who prefer to have the car protected inside the garden.
The garden has artificial grass and plants, a table for outdoor meals and an outdoor lounge with a low table, perfect for reading or enjoying a beer after a nice day at the beach. At the back, there is a storage room to store sports equipment, where you will also find a complimentary surfboard, as well as utensils such as broom, mop and bucket.
Inside, the living-dining room is integrated with the open kitchen and has a table for four people and a sofa bed with a coffee table. The sofa, with a comfortable Italian opening, has a 140 cm mattress. The space is completed with Smart TV and a desk ideal for teleworking, and connects directly to the garden through a large window.
The room offers a 180 cm king-size bed and closet, and the fully renovated bathroom features an Italian shower, soft lighting and quality materials that evoke the feeling of a small spa.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its garden and private parking space. The accommodation has a private entrance and the patio has a storage room and outdoor shower with hose to wash off the sand from the beach or clean the surfing or kitesurfing equipment. It has hot/cold air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fan and heater in the bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, desk with fast wifi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home, making it ideal for long stays.

Located a few steps from the beautiful beach of Los Lances and some of the best restaurants in the area, such as Surla, Papaya or Pueblo Nómada, with a wide offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nearby you will also find the promenade with a bike/skate path to walk along the coast, as well as a park with games for children. A practical and strategic location to enjoy the sea, the city and everything Tarifa has to offer.

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In 1 minute you will reach the famous beach of Los Lances and in 7 minutes the bus station and cab rank. In about 15 minutes, strolling along the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services, you will be in the charming historic center. The port of Tarifa is less than 20 minutes away, and for shopping there is a supermarket within a few minutes drive.
If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most comfortable way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
