The space
The apartment is ideal for couples, but can accommodate up to three people in exceptional circumstances. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. We know how important it is to sleep well, so we've purchased excellent mattresses so you can rest well during your vacation.
The apartment also has heating to keep you warm during the winter days, good Wi-Fi if you need to work, bathtubs for the little ones, a washing machine, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all the kitchen utensils to make you feel right at home.

There is plenty of street parking around the apartment and the apartment is located on the second floor.
The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and everything you need for cooking. There's also a washing machine, hairdryer, and iron.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
