Pay only 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
If you cancel after reservation and 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you cancel within 30 days to check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price. This said, if you cancel and we manage to rebook the rental we will be happy to reimburse you partly or totally depending if the new booking covers the amount you paid.
Yes, we do. The value varies based on the property and it is charged a day before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to inspection of the property.
We love animals but we chose to make most homes pet-free due to many people being allergic. Each property has its own policy and we would kindly ask you not to bring pets if they are not allowed on the property. If they are, there will be a little extra cleaning fee to ensure the house is perfect for the next clients. In order to know which property is pet-free, you can select the filters when searching for your dates.
We love children and are very happy to host families. We however kindly ask you to make sure your children take good care of our properties.
We do our best to offer flexible check-in & check-out whenever possible to ensure you make the most of your holiday. If it isn't possible however, we will give you nice recommendations.
Our Properties are all smoke-free homes, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. We kindly ask you to respect this important rule.
Yes, all our houses are fully equipped except for beach towels that you will need to bring them.
We allow you to bring the maximum amount of people allowed on the property. If at the time of booking you booked for less people than the maximum allowed, and it happens to have more people coming we are happy to host them as well, but we need to be informed beforehand.
Yes, we can provide both baby chair and a travel cot for a little extra of €40 per stay. You will only need to bring the bed sheets for the mattress of 100x60cm.
