The apartment is located on the third floor and is distributed on two levels. Upon entering, we are greeted by a bright living-dining room with open kitchen, a small toilet, table for up to six people and a comfortable sofa with coffee table, next to a large Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series.
From the living room there is access to the terrace through a large window. Equipped with an outdoor table, it is the ideal place to enjoy a meal with spectacular views of the pool, Los Lances beach and the dune of Valdevaqueros.
A hallway with steps leads to the master bedroom, which features a 180 cm king size bed, built-in closet, Smart TV, full bathroom with walk-in shower and access to a private north-facing terrace.
Climbing the stairs, you reach the upper floor, where you will find the second bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, two chests of drawers for storage and a bunk bed with upper bed of 90 cm and lower bed of 135 cm.
On this floor is another of the jewels of the apartment: a large private terrace facing south, equipped with outdoor lounge, perfect for enjoying family evenings while contemplating the panoramic views of the sea and the countryside, with truly unforgettable sunsets.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private terraces, and an indoor parking space. The accommodation is located in a building with common areas, such as a seasonal communal swimming pool, generally open from June to September, and elevator with direct access to the subway parking for convenience.
It has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, washing machine, wifi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home, which makes it ideal for long stays.
It is worth mentioning that in front of the apartment there is a common corridor through which some neighbors may pass to access their homes.

Located at the entrance of the village on the beach side, this accommodation is in a residential area close to the sea and the main street. A few steps away you will find stores, supermarkets and some places to eat, while remaining slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the center. It also has easy access to the road that connects to the main beaches in the area. A practical and strategic location to enjoy the sea, the city and everything Tarifa has to offer.
Although it is a bit far from the historical center, the best way to move around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, pleasant and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around both the neighborhood and the rest of the city. In only 7 minutes you will reach the famous beach of Los Lances and in 12 minutes the bus station and cab rank. Strolling along the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services, in less than 25 minutes you will be in the charming historic center. The port of Tarifa is about 30 minutes away, and for shopping there are Dia and Mercadona supermarkets nearby.
If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
