About this Property
Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. A nice apartment with a recently renovated living room, air conditioning and heating throughout the house, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook, and 3 bedrooms to relax with your family and disconnect on your Tarifa vacation.
The space
The accommodation faces the main street of Tarifa, close to a large number of local shops and just a few minutes walk from both the old town and the beach.
The first thing we find is the patio where you can enjoy a meal outdoors. Upon entering through the main door, you will find the new kitchen, a bathroom and living room with a window that overlooks the main street of Tarifa.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker and all necessary cooking utensils. The living room is spacious with Smart TV, a very comfortable sofa, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dining table.
Going up to the upper floor we find the full bathroom and the three bedrooms. One offers a 160x200 double bed, the other has a bunk bed and the third is equipped with 2 90x190 single beds.
Services and common areas
Guests can access the entire house except for a closet that we use as storage and which is located in one of the rooms.
Neighborhood description
The house is very easy to access both on foot and by car as it is located a minute walk from the bus and taxi stop. It is located in front of the main street of Batalla del Salado with a large number of shops, restaurants and businesses nearby.
How to get around the area
The ideal is to move around on foot as much as possible during high season, due to the large number of vehicles in the town and the limited availability of parking. The ideal is to move around the town area on foot, but if you want to visit the beaches or surrounding areas, access to the road is just a few minutes from the house. The house is located about 10 minutes walk from Puerta Jerez, and another 5 minutes from Los Lances beach.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
