If you're coming as a couple or alone to kitesurf or work remotely, this is the perfect home for you. Recently renovated and cozy, this authentic tiny house was built with love and attention to detail to make your stay in Tarifa unique.
Located in one of the quietest areas of the town, easily accessible, just a few minutes' walk from the old town or Los Lances Beach. The bus station is just a two-minute walk from the house.
The space
This beautiful tiny house consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a staircase leading to the bedroom, which includes a dresser, a coat rack, and a comfortable 1.50m bed. All newly built, with brand-new appliances, fixtures, and fittings. It also has air conditioning for warm summer days and cold winter days.
You also have a small patio shared with the owner, you will have your own table to enjoy your coffee or breakfast, there is also a small storage for your kite equipment that you can rinse if necessary.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible. It's just a two-minute walk from Tarifa's bus station and taxi rank. Next to the Battle of El Salado, it's a ten-minute walk along this shopping street that leads to the entrance to the famous old town, Puerta Jerez.
Moving around
Everything is within easy reach, so you won't have to rely on your vehicle during your stay. There's free street parking around the house, but if you're arriving by bus, you can walk anywhere in town in 10-15 minutes. The town's bus station and taxi rank are less than a two-minute walk away. The old town and Los Lances beach are just ten minutes away.
The entrance to the house is through a small courtyard shared with another house. There is a small table in the courtyard for enjoying a coffee or a meal al fresco.
Guest access
The house is accessed through a shared entrance, but the house is entirely yours. You may run into the owner in the yard from time to time, but he only uses it to enter his own home.

Amenities
Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
