The space
This stylishly decorated and functional apartment is spread over a single floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a heating/cooling unit, and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There's also a terrace with artificial grass and outdoor furniture for enjoying Tarifa's fabulous sunsets.
Guest access
The apartment is fully available for guests. The communal area includes a pool and garden, as well as ample space for children to play without having to leave the complex.
Other things to keep in mind
This is a family-oriented apartment. Above all, we want residents to be able to relax without the vacation rental being a noisy and uncomfortable nuisance at any time of day. Please refrain from partying groups, as they are not permitted.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
