A modern and bright two-bedroom apartment with a terrace overlooking Los Lances beach, ideal for families. Located at the entrance to Tarifa, it offers easy access to the famous beaches of Bolonia and Punta Paloma, and is just a short walk from Los Lances beach. Supermarkets and shops are right next door. Equipped with a full kitchen, underground parking with elevator access, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi, it combines comfort and style for enjoying Tarifa to the fullest.


The space

The apartment is all on one floor. Upon entering, a hallway leads to the first bedroom, furnished with a 140cm bed and a built-in wardrobe. Next is the bathroom with a shower, followed by the master bedroom, with a 160cm bed and its own wardrobe. All rooms have air conditioning (heating and cooling).

At the end of the hallway, you'll find the living-dining room, complete with a table for cozy winter days and a Smart TV for enjoying your favorite shows. The fully equipped, open-plan kitchen offers everything you need for comfortable cooking at home. From here, you can access the terrace, featuring artificial grass, outdoor furniture, and a table perfect for al fresco dining.

From the terrace you can see the street and some nearby billboards, and in the background you can appreciate views of the sea, Los Lances beach and the countryside, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets.

Service and common areas

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, including a private terrace and an indoor parking space. The accommodation is located in a building with communal areas, such as a garden, a seasonal swimming pool (usually open from June to September) with a large adult section and a smaller children's section, and a lift with direct access to the underground parking for added convenience.

Neighborhood description

Located right at the entrance to the town on the beach side, this accommodation is situated in a residential area facing the main street, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and a few restaurants, with easy access to the road for exploring Tarifa and its beaches by car. A practical and strategic location for enjoying the sea, the town, and everything Tarifa has to offer.


How to get around the area

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, accessible, and very pleasant for strolling. From the apartment, you can walk to Los Lances beach in 5 minutes. The historic center is a little further away, about 20-25 minutes. It's a stroll along the main street, Batalla del Salado, with its many shops, but if you don't want to walk, you can go by car or take a taxi, as parking in Tarifa in the summer can be difficult. We'll share a guide with paid parking options near the old town. You can also walk to the supermarket or restaurants right next to the apartment.

If you want to leave the village to explore, access to the road is less than a minute away by car, and you won't have any problems parking thanks to the underground parking lot.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.

Other conditions

  • Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
  • A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
  • All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
  • This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
