Neighborhood description
It's simply the best area in Tarifa. The apartment is located 2 minutes from the beach (third line) and the best bars and restaurants in the area. In just a 15-minute walk, you'll reach the old town for tapas or a drink.
The neighborhood is quiet, and if you like the beach and don't want to be bothered by the summer party, it's the perfect place.
It's also ideal for kiting, as you can walk from home with your equipment without having to take the car. *Except in summer, when kiting is not allowed in Tarifa town.
How to get around the area
The best way to get around is on foot. The apartment is very close to the old town if you want to go out for dinner or visit. To get to Tarifa's most famous beaches, it's best to take a car. Except if you want to go to Los Lances, where it's right in front of your house.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
