About this Property

The PiJuCa is a large, modern and stylish apartment. Ideal for families and people who telework. A cozy, warm and quiet space where you can spend your stay in our little paradise: Tarifa.

The space

Brand new, equipped with every luxury detail and materials. Upon entering, the first thing we encounter is the kitchen with an island, Silestone countertops, a family-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven, large-capacity dishwasher, gas and induction stovetops, a washer-dryer, and plenty of storage space for all the food we need. The living room features a sofa, armchairs, and an extendable coffee table that can be converted into a high dining table. It also has a 55" Smart TV and high-speed internet connection. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, a second bedroom has a queen-size sofa bed, and a third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom is decorated in green tones with a shower and a sink with storage drawers.

Access

Guests will have access to the entire house, it is exclusive for them.

Key points 

It is vitally important to take care of all the elements in the house, especially the kitchen: the silestone countertop is delicate and cannot receive knocks, hot objects or strong ink stains. Upon departure, guests must leave the kitchen completely clean and tidy, in addition to taking out the trash and depositing it in the corresponding containers on the street. All extra time that must be added to normal cleanings will be claimed at the price of €15 per hour.
