The space
Totalmente nuevo, equipado con todo lujo de detalles y materiales. Al entrar lo primero que encontramos es la cocina con isla; encimera de silestone, nevera tamaño familiar, microondas, horno, lavavajillas de gran capacidad, fogones a gas e inducción, lavadora-secadora y mucho espacio para almacenar todos los alimentos que se quiera. El salón, con sofá, butacas y mesa de centro extensible convertible a mesa alta de comer. Smart TV de 55” y conexión a internet de alta velocidad. Un dormitorio con cama de 180, un segundo dormitorio con sofá cama de 140 y un tercero con cama de 90. Baño en tonos verdes con plato de ducha y lavabo con almacenaje en cajonera.

Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a toda la casa, es exclusiva para ellos.
Other things to note
Es de vital importancia cuidar de todos los elementos de la casa, especialmente de la cocina: la encimera de silestone es delicada y no puede recibir golpes, objetos calientes ni manchas de tintas fuertes. A la salida, los huéspedes deben dejar la cocina completamente limpia y recogida, además de sacar la basura y depositarla en los contenedores que correspondan en la calle. Todo el tiempo extra que deba añadirse a las limpiezas normales, será reclamada al precio de 15€ por hora.

Payment: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price.
Check-in Rules
– Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
– A damage deposit of **300**€ is required. The property charges this a day before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-out Rules
Check-out time is strictly 11am. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
Before your departure, please take care of the following:
• Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
• Place used towels in the basket.
• Load the dishwasher and start it.
• Empty all the trash.
• Move all furniture and items back to original locations.
• Turn off the heater or AC if there is any.
• Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
• Put the key back in the key box if there is any, and change the numbers.
Additional Rules:
– Our Properties are all smoke-free homes, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. We kindly ask you to respect this important rule.
– We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 9am noise should be kept to a minimum. Parties are strictly forbidden in the property!
