Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful, newly renovated beachfront apartment. From the complex, you'll have direct access to Los Lances Beach, as well as a communal pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. Here you'll find the tranquility and enjoyment you deserve.

The space

This charming apartment is located on the top floor of the urbanization Turtle 1, accessed via a small flight of stairs. It has a balcony with views of the garden, the pool, and Los Lances Beach. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and hot water via an electric boiler.

The master bedroom features a 160x200 cm double bed with an open wardrobe, while the second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm) and two open frames for hanging and storing clothes. Everything is tastefully decorated with attention to detail to ensure your vacation in our little paradise is perfect.

Services and Common Areas

Guests will have access to the entire home, except for a small closet in the living room reserved exclusively for staff. The garden and pool are shared, and the pool is only available for use by the staff. in the summer seasonTo confirm exact opening dates, please contact our team.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.

Other conditions

  • Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
  • A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
  • All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
  • This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
