Tastefully designed for those seeking beauty and comfort, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, both for families of up to 6 people and for kitesurfers who want to keep an eye on the conditions.
The apartment is located on the third floor and is distributed on a single level, offering a comfortable and functional space. Upon entering, we are greeted by the first bedroom with king size bed of 180 cm, private bathroom with shower, closet and Smart TV.
Next, the living-dining room is integrated with the open kitchen with an island and six stools, a table for six people, a sofa with a low table and a desk with two chairs, ideal for teleworking.
From the living room and kitchen there is access to the large terrace, equipped with a high table and stools, perfect for enjoying meals overlooking the sea, as well as the sunsets over the Atlantic. The terrace also has an outdoor lounge to relax with a coffee or a few beers after a day at the beach.
A corridor leads to the second bedroom, with a 160 cm bed, built-in closet and direct access to the terrace, followed by the second bathroom with shower. Finally, the third bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, built-in closet and also access to the terrace.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private terrace, and an indoor parking space. The accommodation is located in a building with common areas such as garden, elevator with direct access to the subway parking and communal seasonal swimming pool, generally open from June to September.
It has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, washing machine, desk with fast wifi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home, which makes it ideal for long stays.
It should be noted that the apartment has only one television, located in one of the bedrooms, by express decision of the owners, betting on a quieter environment and designed to enjoy the surroundings.

Located at the entrance of the village on the beach side, this accommodation is in a residential area close to the sea and the main street. A few steps away you will find stores, supermarkets and some places to eat, and even a park with playground for children, while remaining slightly removed from the bustle of the center. It also has easy access to the road that connects to the main beaches in the area. A practical and strategic location to enjoy the sea, the city and everything Tarifa has to offer.
The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around both the neighborhood and the rest of the city. In only 5 minutes you will reach the famous beach of Los Lances and in 8 minutes the bus station and cab rank. In less than 20 minutes, strolling along the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services, you will be in the charming historic center. The port of Tarifa is less than 25 minutes away, and for shopping there is the Mercadona supermarket nearby.
If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most comfortable way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
