Designed by a couple of decorators with exquisite taste, it is located just 2 minutes from the beach of Los Lances and is ideal for families or kitesurfers who want to enjoy the sea from a comfortable and charming home.

This townhouse, with capacity for 4 people, has independent entrance from the street and is distributed on 2 floors combining functionality and style in every corner. Upon arrival, a charming courtyard with plants welcomes you, equipped with an outdoor lounge and low table to enjoy outdoor meals. You will also find furniture to store your kitesurfing equipment.

Upon entering, a bright living-dining room with open kitchen welcomes you: the bar with five high stools and the dining table with low stools create an ideal space to eat or work, while a comfortable sofa with coffee table and armchair invites you to relax. The living room connects to the outside through a large window, becoming the heart of the house: perfect for reading, sharing a drink or just relaxing.
Further back there is a second room with a large sofa in front of the Smart TV, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your favorite series, as well as a full bathroom with shower.

Going up the spiral staircase you access the sleeping area: the first bedroom offers a 140 cm bed, an open closet and a sofa, while the second bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a built-in closet. There is also a full bathroom with Italian shower. From here there is access to a second patio with washer/dryer and, via external stairs, to the rooftop terrace with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying partial views of the sea and Morocco.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its patios and private rooftop terrace. The accommodation has a private entrance and the front patio has storage and a hose for cleaning surfing or kitesurfing equipment, perfect for water sports enthusiasts. It has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, washer and dryer, fast wifi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home, making it ideal for long stays. A space created to make you feel at home.

Located a few steps from the beautiful beach of Los Lances and some of the best restaurants in the area, such as Surla, Papaya or Pueblo Nómada, with a wide offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nearby you will also find the promenade with a bike/skate path to walk along the coast, as well as a park with games for children. A practical and strategic location to enjoy the sea, the city and everything Tarifa has to offer.

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In just 2 minutes you will reach the famous beach of Los Lances and in 5 minutes the bus station and cab rank. In about 15 minutes, strolling along the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services, you will be in the charming historic center. The port of Tarifa is less than 20 minutes away, and for shopping there is a supermarket within a few minutes drive.

If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
