The space
This house is divided into two floors and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and three terraces.On the ground floor, the living room offers two relaxingspaces with couches, TV,andcomfortable chairs.It is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and a completebathroom. The living room opens to a large terrace that is very well equipped with storage for your sports equipment, shade,hot shower, a grill for cooking and furniture to spend a pleasant meal with friends and family outdoors.
The upper floor consists of 2 nice very comfortable rooms with a sharedbathroom. One offers a 160×200 bed and the other a 150×200 bed in addition to a couch that can be converted into a bed for a fifth person.There is a small patio where you’ll find the washing machine and drier, and on upstairs you will findthe typical Andalucian rooftop surrounded by houses and a bit of sea viewwhere you can watch sunsets and theMoroccan coastline while sipping a small cocktail.
Neighborhood
Located in the quietest area of the village just a two-minute walk from Los Lances beach and the best restaurants in the area that offer service practically all day. There are also supermarkets nearby, a playgroundjust behind, and just a 15-minute walk to the old town of Tarifa. Everything within easy reach so you don’t depend on your vehicle during your stay.

There is air-conditioned and also ceiling fans in the rooms. There is 300mb fiber wifi if you need to work.Ideal for spending a few days disconnecting with the family in Tarifa, it can accommodate 5 people.

Payment: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price.
Check-in Rules
– Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
– A damage deposit of **1200**€ is required. The property charges this a day before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-out Rules
Check-out time is strictly 11am. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
Before your departure, please take care of the following:
• Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
• Place used towels in the basket.
• Load the dishwasher and start it.
• Empty all the trash.
• Move all furniture and items back to original locations.
• Turn off the heater or AC if there is any.
• Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
• Put the key back in the key box if there is any, and change the numbers.
Additional Rules:
– Our Properties are all smoke-free homes, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. We kindly ask you to respect this important rule.
– We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 9am noise should be kept to a minimum. Parties are strictly forbidden in the property!
