Los Lances beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, and the most modern and famous restaurants in the area are at street level. The largest supermarkets such as Mercadona and Día are in front of the building, three minutes away on foot.
The space
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180×200 and its own bathroom, and the other with a trundle bed that can be converted into a double bed. The kitchen is open and the living room is spacious and bright with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. The terrace is private and faces south, so it is sheltered from the east wind and also has views of the Atlantic and Los Lances beach. Outdoor furniture for spending pleasant evenings with the family.

Guests will have access to the entire house, also to the private garage and of course to the communal garden and pool (from June to September).

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
