Enjoy a cozy apartment with balcony and partial views of the famous beach of Los Lances, just 100 meters from the beach, good restaurants and the promenade. With capacity for 3 people, it is ideal for small families, couples or kitesurf lovers. It has 1 bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, full bathroom, Smart TV and desk. Perfect for relaxing, teleworking or enjoying the sea views from the living room and kitchen.

The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by a flight of stairs, and offers a comfortable and functional layout on a single level. Upon entering, we are greeted by a living-dining room integrated with the open kitchen, equipped with bar and two stools, a table for four people and a sofa bed with coffee table. The sofa, with a comfortable Italian opening, has a 140 cm mattress. In addition, the space includes a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series and a desk ideal for teleworking.

From the living room you access the balcony, equipped with a table and two outdoor chairs, with partial views of the beach of Los Lances between two buildings. Ideal for kitesurf lovers, who will be able to observe the conditions at all times. From the living room and the kitchen you can also contemplate the beach, and at certain times of the winter, even the sunset over the Atlantic.

The bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and closet, while the bathroom is equipped with bathtub and washbasin.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including their private balcony. The accommodation is located inside a small building and shares a common hallway. It has hot/cold air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fan and heater in the bedroom, washing machine, desk with wifi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals just like at home, making it ideal for long stays.

Located a few steps from the beautiful beach of Los Lances and some of the best restaurants in the area, such as Surla, Papaya or Pueblo Nómada, with a wide offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nearby you will also find the promenade with a bike/skate path to walk along the coast, as well as a park with games for children. A practical and strategic location to enjoy the sea, the city and everything Tarifa has to offer.

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In 1 minute you will reach the famous beach of Los Lances and in 7 minutes the bus station and cab rank. In about 15 minutes, strolling along the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services, you will be in the charming historic center. The port of Tarifa is less than 20 minutes away, and for shopping there is a supermarket within a few minutes drive.
If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most comfortable way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
