The space

The apartment is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find the first bedroom with two single beds and an open wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, and the master bedroom with a 150cm bed, en-suite bathroom, open wardrobe, and views of Los Lances beach, which you can enjoy from the comfort of your bed. All rooms have air conditioning (heating and cooling).

Going up the stairs, the first floor houses the fully equipped kitchen and a small living room with a low table and a high table with stools, as well as a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows. From here you can access the terrace, the jewel of the house, with outdoor furniture and a table for al fresco dining.

This corner penthouse combines a central location with unobstructed views of the sports fields opposite, creating a sense of spaciousness and freedom. The terrace offers views of the Atlantic Ocean and Los Lances beach, perfect for unforgettable sunsets or for kitesurfers to observe the wind and sea conditions at any time.

Service and common areas

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, including a private terrace and an indoor parking space with a storage room for kitesurfing equipment. The accommodation is located in a building with an elevator and direct access to the underground parking for added convenience.

Neighborhood description

Located in the heart of the village, this accommodation is surrounded by small artisan shops, cafes, supermarkets and bars, a convenient location for getting around on foot without needing to use a car.

Despite the typical daytime activity of the city center, being a corner penthouse with no buildings in front, but rather large sports areas, the apartment offers tranquility and a feeling of spaciousness, with unobstructed views and open spaces that contrast with the urban environment.


How to get around the area

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, accessible, and very pleasant for strolling. In just a few minutes' walk, you can comfortably reach any point of interest without needing transportation. In 5 minutes, you'll arrive at Los Lances beach or the bus station if you're traveling without a car. A walk of less than 10 minutes along the main street, Batalla del Salado, with its numerous shops, will take you to Puerta Jerez and the historic center, and in about 10 minutes, you'll reach the Port of Tarifa.

You can easily walk to the supermarket or restaurants right next to the apartment. For exploring the surrounding area or more secluded beaches, we recommend using a car; you won't have any trouble parking thanks to the included underground parking space.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.

Other conditions

  • Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
  • A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
  • All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
  • This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
