Modern and bright apartment, just 1 minute from the famous beach of Los Lances and 10 minutes from the historic center, with terrace with partial sea views and communal pool (seasonal). Fully renovated, it has two bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, desk with Wi-Fi for teleworking and air conditioning / heating. Ideal for families up to 4 people or for kitesurfers looking for comfort and proximity to the beach.

The apartment is located on the second floor, accessed by a flight of stairs, and is distributed on a single level, offering a comfortable and functional space. Upon entering, we are greeted by a bright living-dining room with open kitchen with island and four stools, table for four people and a comfortable sofa with chaise longue and coffee table, next to a large Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series.

From the living room there is access to the terrace through a large window with a step. It is equipped with two low armchairs and an outdoor table for up to six people, ideal for a coffee in the morning or enjoy a meal with partial views of the beach of Los Lances. A perfect space also for those who practice kitesurfing, as it allows to observe at all times the wind and sea conditions.

A corridor connects the living room with the sleeping area. First we find a bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm and closet, followed by a bathroom with shower, sink and laundry room. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom, with a 160 cm double bed, built-in closet and desk.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private terrace. The accommodation is located in a building with common areas, such as a seasonal communal swimming pool, generally open from June to September.
The terrace has a hose to clean surfing or kitesurfing equipment, perfect for water sports lovers. It has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms, washing machine, desk with wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home, making it ideal for long stays.

Located in the urbanization Las Cañas I, a residential area a few steps from the promenade with a bike/skate path along the coast, and the beautiful beach of Los Lances. From the apartment, in 5-15 minutes walking distance you can reach most of the points of interest of Tarifa. A practical and strategic location to enjoy the sea, the city and everything Tarifa has to offer.

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around both the neighborhood and the rest of the city. In just 2 minutes you will reach the famous beach of Los Lances and in 5 minutes the lively street Batalla del Salado, with stores and services. In less than 10 minutes you will be in the charming historic center or at the bus station and cab rank. The port of Tarifa is about 13 minutes away, and for shopping there is a supermarket nearby.

If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most comfortable way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
