The apartment is located on the second floor and offers a comfortable and functional layout on one level. Upon entering, we find the bedroom with double bed of 160 cm and open closet, followed by the bathroom with shower. The living-dining room integrated with the open kitchen, has a high table and two stools with sea views, sofa with coffee table and Smart TV for your favorite series.

From here you can access the terrace with table and two chairs, ideal for outdoor dining overlooking the Atlantic and Los Lances Beach, perfect for unforgettable sunsets or for kite surfers to observe the wind and sea conditions.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private terrace and an indoor parking space. The accommodation is located in a building with common areas and an elevator with direct access to the subway parking for convenience. It has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals just like at home, making it ideal for long stays.
It is worth mentioning that in front of the apartment there is a soccer field that can sometimes cause noise.

Centrally located in a residential area with easy access by road and close to everything. From the apartment, in 5-15 minutes walking distance you can reach most of the points of interest of Tarifa. All around you will find small stores, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants, an ideal environment for those who want to enjoy everything the town has to offer without worrying about parking and long walks.
Despite the typical daytime activity of the center, with no buildings in front of it, but rather large sports areas, the apartment offers a feeling of spaciousness, with unobstructed views and open spaces that contrast with the urban environment.

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In just 2 minutes walk you will reach the lively street Batalla del Salado, with stores and services. In 5 minutes you will be at the famous beach of Los Lances and in 7 minutes at the charming historic center or at the bus station and cab rank. The port of Tarifa is about 10 minutes away, and for shopping there is a supermarket just outside the building.
If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
