The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed by a flight of stairs. It is distributed on one floor and has been carefully designed to offer a comfortable, functional and cozy stay. It has two bedrooms with beds of 160 cm and 150 cm and closets, as well as a bathroom with shower.

The living-dining room integrates the kitchen, a table for four people, a comfortable sofa with chaise longue, a coffee table and Smart TV. From the living room there is access to the terrace through a large window that frames the sea views.

The terrace, facing southwest and with its back to the east, is equipped with two armchairs and is the perfect place to have a morning coffee or a beer while enjoying the incredible sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean and Los Lances beach. At any time of the day, the views are simply magical.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including their private terrace. The accommodation is located inside a small building and shares common stairs with three other apartments. It has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms, washing machine, fast wifi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals just like at home, making it ideal for long stays.

Located a few steps from the beautiful beach of Los Lances and some of the best restaurants in the area, such as Surla, Papaya or Pueblo Nómada, with a wide offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nearby you will also find the promenade with a bike/skate path to walk along the coast, as well as a park with games for children. A practical and strategic location to enjoy the sea, the city and everything Tarifa has to offer.

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In just 2 minutes you will reach the famous beach of Los Lances and in 5 minutes the bus station and cab rank. In about 15 minutes, strolling along the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services, you will be in the charming historic center. The port of Tarifa is less than 20 minutes away, and for shopping there is a supermarket within a few minutes drive.

If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
