About this Property

A modern and bright apartment with 2 bedrooms and terrace overlooking the communal pool, ideal for families. Located at the entrance of Tarifa, with easy access to the famous beaches of Bolonia and Punta Paloma, and a few minutes walk from the beach of Los Lances. Supermarkets and stores are just across the street. Fully equipped with full kitchen, subway parking with elevator, air conditioning and high speed Wi-Fi, it combines comfort and design to enjoy Tarifa to the fullest.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is distributed on three floors. On the first floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom, and the living-dining room with table with 4 chairs for winter days, and a sofa with table and Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series. From here you access the main terrace, with outdoor furniture, beautiful plants and table for outdoor meals.

We access the second floor by stairs, where we find the two bedrooms also with air conditioning: the double bedroom with a 160 cm bed faces the interior of the community building, while the bedroom with two single beds faces the street. Both have built-in closets for storing clothes and suitcases, and share a bathroom with shower. The third floor offers two sunny terraces, perfect for hanging clothes or enjoying some sea views, as well as a closet with washing machine and clothesline.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace and an indoor parking space. The accommodation is located in a building with common areas such as garden, elevator with direct access to the subway parking and seasonal communal pool, usually open from June to September, with a large pool for adults and a smaller one ideal for the little ones.

The terrace has a hose to clean surfing or kitesurfing equipment, perfect for water sports lovers. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home, making it ideal for long stays.

Located at the entrance of the village on the beach side, this accommodation is in a residential area close to the sea and the main street. A few steps away you will find stores, supermarkets and some places to eat, while remaining slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the center. It also has easy access to the road that connects to the main beaches in the area. A practical and strategic location to enjoy the sea, the city and everything Tarifa has to offer.

Although it is a bit far from the historical center, the best way to move around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, pleasant and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around both the neighborhood and the rest of the city. In only 7 minutes you will reach the famous beach of Los Lances and in 10 minutes the bus station and cab rank. Strolling along the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services, in 20 minutes you will be in the charming historic center. The port of Tarifa is about 25 minutes away, and for shopping there is a Mercadona supermarket nearby.

If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
