The apartment is located on the third floor and is distributed on two floors. Upon entering, the cozy entrance hall gives access to the kitchen, a bathroom with shower and the bright living room, from which you access a small terrace with high table, ideal for outdoor dining enjoying sea views. The living room has a sofa, Smart TV for your favorite series and a low table convertible into a dining table to eat inside.

Going up a spiral staircase, you reach the rest area, where we find a dressing room or small storage room, the second bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm and a large built-in closet. The master bedroom with 160 cm bed has access to the large sun terrace, protected from the east and facing south, equipped with sofa and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the panoramic view of Valdevaqueros and Punta Paloma or starry summer nights.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private terrace, and an indoor parking space. The accommodation is located in a building with common areas such as elevator with direct access to the subway parking and seasonal communal swimming pool, generally open from June to September.

It has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, washing machine, fast wifi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home, which makes it ideal for long stays.

Located at the entrance of the village on the beach side, this accommodation is in a residential area close to the sea and the main street. A few steps away you will find stores, supermarkets and some places to eat, and even a park with playground for children, while remaining slightly removed from the bustle of the center. It also has easy access to the road that connects to the main beaches in the area. A practical and strategic location to enjoy the sea, the city and everything Tarifa has to offer.

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around both the neighborhood and the rest of the city. In only 5 minutes you will reach the famous beach of Los Lances and in 8 minutes the bus station and cab rank. In less than 20 minutes, strolling along the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services, you will be in the charming historic center. The port of Tarifa is less than 25 minutes away, and for shopping there is the Mercadona supermarket nearby.

If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
